1. Can the products of OriAether be delivered to my country?

Due to shipping restrictions, we deliver to most countries worldwide, except the following. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and are actively working to resolve this.

Cuba
Iran
Sudan
Syria

2. What are the shipping fees?

Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $69.

For orders under $69 and complimentary items (e.g. postcards), a flat-rate shipping fee of $20 USD applies.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Total delivery time = crafting time + shipping time

(Excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances)

Standard shipping time: 10- 20 business days

For orders to South America and Russia, shipping may take over 1 month due to logistics and customs issues.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will email you tracking information. You can then track your order at https://订单页面.

PS. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be updated.

5. What if My package doesn't arrive?

IIf you haven’t received your package within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at [email protected]. We will either reship your order, or issue a full refund.
