1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
OROTHER offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you don't notice a difference within 30 days of consistent use, they state they will refund your product cost.
This guarantee applies only to first-time orders.
To qualify, you must submit proof of consistent use, including:
- A photo of the product with the current date taken weekly during the 30-day period.
- A written summary of how you used the product and what results you saw or didn't see.
Claims must be submitted between days 30 and 35 after product delivery. Claims outside this window are not eligible.
Returns must include original packaging and unused product portions.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, you must contact support within 48 hours with clear photos/videos showing the issue.
Requests after 48 hours are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Return shipping for damaged/incorrect products is the customer's responsibility.
3. General Return Requirements
Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
Returns must be authorized before shipping; unauthorized returns will be rejected.
Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer; ORITHER does not provide prepaid labels.
Refunds cover product cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected (inspection typically takes ~48 hours after receipt).
4. Subscription Orders
For subscription or repeat orders, cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged.
Once payment is processed and the order is in progress at the warehouse, it is not eligible for refund.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Contact support at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (include required photo/video proof if applicable)
- For the 30-day guarantee: include weekly product photo records and your written summary.
The support team will review and respond within 48 hours with next steps.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary.
8. Food Safety Policy
Food products cannot be returned or refunded under ANY circumstances due to food safety and hygiene regulations.
This strict policy applies to all food items regardless of condition to ensure consumer safety and compliance with health regulations.
For non-food items, our standard return policy outlined above applies.
Additional Notes
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used non-food products are not accepted for return. Food products cannot be returned under any circumstances - please refer to section 8 above.
Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns.
